ADMISSION AND WITHDRAWAL

• Notice for admission to Lower Nursery and Nursery is uploaded on the website by July.
• New admissions to other classes from KG to VII will depend on the availability of seats. The notice is uploaded on the website.
• The criteria for admission to the Humanities / Science stream for Class XI is uploaded on the website by October.
• A month's notice must be given before withdrawing a child from the school or a month's fee paid in lieu of notice.
• Transfer Certificate (School Leaving Certificate) will be issued only after all dues have been paid in full and on receipt of a written application from the parents mentioning therein the date of admission, name, class, and section of the pupil.
• If a child's name is struck off the rolls due to irregular attendance and if they are readmitted, the Admission and other Fees have to be paid again.
• Admission to Loreto Day School, Bowbazar is finalized in accordance with our Admission policy and is conducted in a fair and transparent manner by the Management.
• No outsider or third party is involved in the process. Parents are requested to immediately report the matter to the school authorities if anyone approaches them with the offer of procuring admission for their wards in this institution through unjust means.
